Look for a solution in the support database:

I entered my registration key but the program title bar still says 'Unregistered'.
I lost the license key I purchased / I do not know my license key.
I'm not satisfied with the program and I want a refund.
The software I purchased shows a message stating that the license will expire in X days.
Activation failed although I have an Internet connection. An error has occurred.
Even after I entered the license key, “Activate now” is still grayed out.
Solution:
You probably made an error when typing in the key. Check the exact spelling (including the use of upper and lower case characters) and re-enter the information. Use copy & paste to remove any possible sources of error.

Once the correct key has been entered, the button is enabled and you can activate the product.

Your rating:
The computer that I want to use to run the program is not connected to the Internet.
After updating my activated full version, it has become an unlicensed trial version again.
