- I entered my registration key but the program title bar still says 'Unregistered'.
- I lost the license key I purchased / I do not know my license key.
- I'm not satisfied with the program and I want a refund.
- The software I purchased shows a message stating that the license will expire in X days.
- Activation failed although I have an Internet connection. An error has occurred.
- Even after I entered the license key, “Activate now” is still grayed out.
