Did not experience success. Program seems to have several errors. We experienced bad gateway after installation and simple process of transferring photos from mobile phone to PC or to a USB, very difficult.

DonytekApple iPhone 17 to Windows computer file incompatibility issue
The transfer was fast and easy. However, new iPhones use a new file format HEIC. When the files are transferred, they keep the HEIC format that's not directly viewable by Windows without conversion or purchase of a HEVC video extension. It would have been nice if we were warned of this by Ashampoo, because I would NOT have purchased it.
