Ashampoo warrants remedy of defects that occur and are reported in a documented, verifiable form if and to the extent that the contractual or ordinary use is impaired. II. If the defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable period of time, you are entitled, in accordance with the statutory provisions, to withdraw from the contract or at your discretion to reduce the purchase price and to demand compensation for damages or expenses.
